Pork & Wombok
Our gyoza are wrapped in a silky soft skin for a perfect crispy texture when pan-fried. Filled with a classic flavour combination of Pork & Wombok, our gyoza are sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a 30cm non-stick pan and place FROZEN Gyoza base side down and spread them out evenly in non sticky pan then sear for 1 minute.
Add 1/2 cup of water and cover the pan. Cook the Gyoza in water for 7 minutes on medium high* heat and add more water if water dries out before 6 minutes.
Uncover the pan and allow water to fully evaporate (this ensures that the Gyoza do not stick to the pan.)
DO NOT move the Gyoza until water has fully evaporated.
Sear the Gyoza until the base is golden brown.
Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
