Pan Fry Bao

Our Pan Fry Bao are specially designed to be pan-fried for that irresistible crispy golden base whilst still having that soft bao texture wrapped around our deliciously juicy Pork & Cabbage filling.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a 30cm non-stick pan and place FROZEN Pan Fry Bao base side down and spread them out evenly.
Add 1/2 cup of water and cover the pan. Cook the Pan Fry Bao in water for 6 minutes on medium high* heat and add more water if water dries out before 6 minutes.
Uncover the pan and allow water to fully evaporate (this ensures that the Pan Fry Bao do not stick to the pan.)
DO NOT move the Pan Fry Bao until water has fully evaporated.
Sear the Pan Fry Bao until the base is golden brown.
Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
